BIBLE PASSAGE FOR WEDNESDAY

"Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God's wrath remains on him." - John 3:36

Keep faith through all other troubles. The higher power, whatever it is you believe, is strong. Be strong!

SEX ABUSE SCANDAL SPARKS DISCUSSION

The sex abuse scandal of the Catholic church, now in Europe, draws a number of questions about how this can be handled and avoided.

A great piece at USA Today discusses it.

Keep strong, even in the face of these terrible crimes.

FRIDAY BIBLE PASSAGE

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.”- Galatians 5:22-23

Feel free with love, strength and joy

Supreme Court Religion?

Does it matter what faith, or not, our Supreme Court justices are? I think it does not.

But it is an interesting discussion today in The Washington Post.

See it HERE.

Be strong in all faiths you have.

Sunday Rising

"It is God who arms me with strength and makes my way perfect. He makes my feet like the feet of a deer; he enables me to stand on the heights. He trains my hands for battle; my arms can bend a bow of bronze." Psalm 18:32-34 NIV

Even with the worst facing you, faith in God, or yourself or whatever you choose is strong if you let it be. Do not give up, ever, on love, life and others.

SATURDAY BIBLE PASSAGE

"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness." - John 1:9

Seek forgiveness and give forgiveness and be strong in all things. It is never to late to mend broken fences, especially with family.

Religion in schools?

Religion in schools is always a tricky one. I always lean toward separation of church and state. But, if a child wants to pray on his or her own, let them.

An interesting case discussed HERE
